Holy crap! Isabel Marant for H&M. Wow, it’s going to be impossible to get our hands on any of it, this is probably one of their most popular collaborations yet!

Is no one going to comment on how Valentino fall 2013 looks a lot of miu miu from a couple years back? the braids, the collars, the soft prep, the satin and the soft colours?
H&M FALL RTW 2013 (F/W 2013)
My mind is blown. I saw a couple pictures of this a couple weeks ago and was so shocked when I read this was an H&M collection. I can not stop fangirling over all the looks. These were my top ten favourite looks, wish I could have included one more look though, there was an awesome leather jacket that should’ve been graced with a place in this post. Who am I kidding there are five more that should have made their way into this. Unfortuantely there is a ten picture limit and I like how big the photos are when I post them via tumblr’s photo set thing, they’re always so small when I make collages.
Anyways, I will be back with a proper evaluation but right now I just wanted to post the looks. History is calling my name and this stuff will have to wait.
Can I just say though: so much military! LOVE

BALENCIAGA FALL RTW (F/W 2013 - PARIS FASHION WEEK
Such a successful debut for Alexander Wang!
I must admit I was slightly anxious when Wang was announced as Ghesquiere’s successor, but I must admit Wang has proved himself worthy of Balenciaga with this beautiful, simple, yet feminine collection.
Through the feminine details, the cuts and the overal fit, it is easy to see how Wang has tried to keep the typical Balenciaga feel while designing this collection. As a very big fan of Balenciaga, monochrome and simplisism, I really love this collection. However nothing really beats Ghesquiere’s last collection for the house, S/S13.
If I would have to pick a favourite look I think it might be the patterned white blazer combined with tailored black trousers and black pointy patent pumps. I am so in love with it. Anyone else got a sneaking suspicion that it will be on one of the french voguettes’ backs soon enough?
Oh- and speaking of, how great was it not to see Emmauelle Alt at the show! Finally the VP ban has been lifted!

PARIS FASHION WEEK
I love paris fashion week, it’s like the french voguettes’ home game.
And in a addition it is the home of Balenciaga, Balmain, Lanvin, Carven, Celine, Isabel Marant.. and so much more… some of my favourite designers.
I can’t wait to cover all of it! (Late, I know- school and prepping for a university test, and the test itself has disrupted my plan of intense coverage. But, better late then never, watch out for some proper coverage today!)

DOLCE & GABBANA F/W 2013 (FALL RTW) - MILAN FASHION WEEK
Okay, so in all honesty I’ve never been much of a D&G fan, although I absolutely loved their very italian ads from this summer, they were so beautiful, and so, so italian. And.. well this collection may have convinced me that there isn’t reason to really overlook D&G at all anymore.
First of all, can we please talk about the gothic inspiration, mainly: the bad ass cross earrings and necklaces and the crowns (I will not use the word tiara here, a word I despise and associate with beauty pageants plus a tiara is smaller and diamond studded).
Most of you don’t know me, but I looove period dramas. I love anything medieval, the clothes and the aristocracy and… yeah I kind of don’t even know how to describe it.. but in short I recently started watching the Tudors, love Game of Thrones and.. well I realize this confession slash description is heading nowhere, so I’ll just continue on in more of a fashion related direction, but yes I approve…. a lot!
So the earrings, necklaces and crowns, I am in love: gothic chic
I love the dresses and the over-the-top embellishments on such simple silhouettes, which really balances things out.
I love the way D&G have played with volume too (see picture 5, 8, 9, 10)
I love the simple cuts, the layering and the colours used, such a great pallette!
D&G also showed a lot of bright red, but none of my favourite looks were red, so check out more of the looks on style.com to get a proper overview of the collection!
